Cosmopolitan
- 1 1/2 parts Vodka
- 1 part Cointreau
- 1 part Cranberry juice
- Dash of Lime juice Slice of Lime
Shake all the ingredients together with cracked ice. Serve in a
cocktail glass.

Black Russian
- 2 parts Vodka
- 1 part Kahlua
Top up with Coke (optional) Serve over ice in a tall glass.

Mojito
- 2 parts White rum
- 1 part Lime juice
- Soda water
- 10 Mint sprigs
- 1 part Ice cubes
- 1 Lime slice
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
Mash the sugar and mint together. Add the rum and lime juice
and pour over smashed ice Top up with soda water. Serve in a
highball glass.

Long Island Iced Tea
- 1/2 part Gin
- 1/2 part White Rum
- 1/2 part Tequila
- 1 part Vodka
- 1/2 part Triple sec
Top up with Coke Dash of Lime juice Dash of Lemon juice 1 Lemon
wedge dash of Sugar syrup Shake all the ingredients together, pour
into a tall glass over ice & top up with Coke.

Tequila Sunrise
- 1 1/2 parts Tequila
- 4 parts Orange juice
- 1/2 part Grenadine
- Ice
- Orange wedges
Mix the Tequila & Orange Juice together in a glass, pour in
the Grenadine slowly to ensure it sinks to the bottom. Serve in a
tall glass.

Dry Martini
- 3 parts Gin
- 1/2 part Martini bianco (dry)
- 1 Green olive
- Ice
Stir the Gin & Martini vigorously over ice in a mixing
glass. Pour the liquid into a martini glass (leaving out the ice).
Serve with an olive.

Sex On The Beach
- 1 part Vodka
- 1 part Peach schnapps
- 1 part Grapefruit juice
- 1 part Cranberry juice
- Ice
Mix all ingredients together & serve in a tall glass over
ice.

- 1 part Triple sec
- 1 part Lime juice
Salt Frost the rim of the glass with lime juice & salt. Mix
all ingredients together and serve in a cocktail glass.
